What are the water bottles made of?

Custom painted water bottles are made from high quality 18/8 food grade stainless steel, also known as SUS304. this material has consistent quality and performance characteristics and will not leach chemicals, stain, corrode or rust. The interior of the bottle is electro-polished and dolomite sandblasted.

Water bottle caps are made from non-toxic, BPA-free #5 food grade polypropylene plastic. #5 PP is a plastic with good durability and no known leaching properties. and can pass US FDA and European EN international food testing standards.

The soft ring on the lid is a TPE material. TPE can also be used to make good sealing materials, such as seals in piping systems or gaskets in bottle caps.
